- Replaced fragmented lead sourcing, inbox setup, campaign launch, and CRM handoff with one workflow.
- Automated domain/mailbox provisioning and campaign sync across Zapmail, Instantly, and GoHighLevel.
- Added Typesense lead search with phrase, keyword, and negative-keyword filters over a millions-scale contact database.
- Shipped a remote OAuth-secured MCP server and a Cloudflare Worker that bridges payments, CRM, and Leads Machine with idempotent billing events.
- Added admin controls for provisioning, lead usage, sync health, Stripe products, webhook logs, and client support.
