01 · The problem
Small and mid-size businesses want the output of another hire in accounting, revenue, or operations, but they do not have the engineering team to wire AI into their own tools, data, and approval processes safely.
02 · How I built it
- AShared engine, per-client configuration as data: agents, skills, workflows, and schedules are records, not per-client code.
- BAgent runtime on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects, with long-running workflows on AWS Lambda durable functions and Trigger.dev.
- CChannel adapters for Slack, Microsoft Teams, iMessage, and Telegram so each business uses the tools it already has.
- DA warehouse layer that syncs business data through the same tool and integration system the agents use.
03 · Trade-offs
- Agents as configuration over bespoke builds: new operators ship as data, so one engine serves every client.
- Human approval on consequential actions: operators propose, people approve, and every step lands in an audit log.
- Compliance-ready before certification: tenant isolation, PII boundaries, and retention policies built in, not bolted on.
- Meet teams in their chat tools instead of asking them to adopt another dashboard.
